Terinor is a wood elf, hailing from the Wealdath forest in the northern part of Tethyr. He is the son of Solius Arkirian and twin brother of Tamuril.
Terinor is a veteran of the Reclamation Wars, as is his father. Terinor was part of a small group called Hex Unit, a sort of special forces team made up of both elves and non-elf Tethyrians who fought on the side of the rightful monarch. Terinor was one of the youngest of the group (for an elf, anyway), but served with distinction, earning the nickname Terinor Brightblade. He returned to his homeland a proud veteran once the war ended and peace was restored.
In early 1375, Terinor's twin sister learned of a dance contest to be held on the last day of Flamerule in the port city of Myratma. She wanted to enter the contest, so Terinor traveled with her to act as a bodyguard.
However, another contestant named Okuni scouted Tamuril and thought she might be some serious competition. Okuni manipulated one of her bodyguards, Torgeth Deepdraft, into removing the competition. Torgeth's attempt to intimidate Tamuril went bad, and it resulted in both Terinor and his sister dying at Torgeth's hands. Terinor himself was killed by Torgeth's icy breath after freeing himself from being trapped under a bed that Torgeth had hurled at him.
Several months later, after a series of events Myratmans have begun to call the "Golden Days of Eleint," Terinor and his sister were both raised from the dead by Nym Eveningfall. Terinor and his sister then proceeded to join his father at Heavenforth Manor, where he now works as a member of the castle guard.
