Since we're using it in-game, I guess it ought to be available on the board so you guys have some idea what the different months are.
The most commonly used calendar in Faerun is known as the Calendar of Harptos, named after a long-dead wizard who invented it. It divides the 365 days of the year into 12 months of 30 days each, as well as five special days in between months, which are commonly celebrated as holidays marking the changes of season. The twelve months of the Faerunian calendar roughly correspond to the 12 months of our own calendar.
The Faerunian calendar goes like this:
1 Hammer --Midwinter holiday-- 2 Alturiak 3 Ches 4 Tarsakh --Greengrass holiday-- 5 Mirtul 6 Kythorn 7 Flamerule --Midsummer holiday-- 8 Eleasis 9 Eleint --Highharvesttide holiday-- 10 Marpenoth 11 Uktar --Feast of the Moon holiday-- 12 Nightal
Every four years, a leap year day is added to the calendar, similar to our own February 29th, except that it is added after Midsummer. This is Shieldmeet. The last Shieldmeet was in 1372 DR, so the next one will be next year, in 1376.

Rather than having seven-day weeks like we do, months in Faerun are split up into three tendays. Individual days do not have names the way we have Sunday, Monday, and such. Instead, they number the days: first-day, second-day, etc.
A side note about years - years generally have a name, such as the Year of Risen Elfkind (the current year). These names aren't random, nor is there any sort of universal agreement to these names among various peoples.
Sometime in the distant past, a wizard named Augathra the Mad came up with a list of year names that stretches for millennia into the future. Somehow, it's rare that a year doesn't see some event somewhere in Faerun that seems clearly connected to the name, and many people believe that Augathra saw the future when he invented these names for the years ahead.
Occasionally, people will refer to a year, be it past, present, or future, by the year's name rather than number. For handy reference, here are the names of recently past years:
1374 DR - the Year of Lightning Storms 1373 DR - the Year of Rogue Dragons 1372 DR - the Year of Wild Magic 1371 DR - the Year of the Unstrung Harp 1370 DR - the Year of the Tankard 1369 DR - the Year of the Gauntlet 1368 DR - the Year of the Banner 1367 DR - the Year of the Shield
