Lhaeo (pronounced LEO because the alternative is LAY-O and that sounds stupid) is a man of average height and weight, with short brown hair and a goatee. He carries a sword but wears no armor, and seems to have some spellcasting ability as well. Lhaeo works for Queen Zaranda, and at her behest he came along with Tyrrox, Vanemuine, and Nym to assist them in clearing the remaining monsters from Castle Tethyr. Exactly how powerful Lhaeo is, the group doesn't know. However, he did seem to struggle quite a bit when the party was attacked by a Nalfeshnee, and his greatest contribution to the fight was casting a haste spell on Vanemuine.

I'm not judging him based on that fight, because in all honesty, that was a very hard fight. More importantly Tyrrox can't currently judge anyone or anything anyway...

That was sort of an in-universe way of saying he's lower level than you guys. Which means he leveled up when you guys somehow actually won that fight. I swear, I dunno what it is with you guys taking down CR 14 monsters with only half the party...

During the battle in the Eyes of Night hideout beneath the city, Lhaeo revealed his secret: he is in fact Haedrak III Rhindaun, King of Tethyr.
His secret identity revealed, Haedrak took charge of the surviving prisoners, put Myratma under martial law for awhile, and made arrangements with the band of heroes (that's you guys) that had saved the city from the menace of the various thieves' guilds that were destroyed or reduced to insignificance during the period that came to be known by locals as the Golden Days of Eleint. Haedrak sold the heroes the ruins of Castle Tethyr and the surrounding lands, raised Thallatos to the rank of Count and made him the castle's lord.
Since that time he has spent most of his time in Myratma, mopping up remnants of the Eyes of Night, Red Lotus, and Bone Claws thieves' guilds, and trying to maintain peace and restore order. He has also attempted to root out corruption among public officials and other organizations in the city, aided by his assistant Tabitha Manchune.
